Scott Kutcher completed his Undergraduate degree at Florida State University. After graduating with a degree in Criminology Law & Political Science he worked in real estate buying, selling, and renovating on foreclosed properties.

Scott attended Hofstra University from 2009-2012 to get his Law degree. He worked for Judge Richard Buchter in Queens Supreme Court for two years during Law School writing opinions on cases and observing criminal trials.

Scott began his employment at Mallilo & Grossman in March 2012 part time and was hired as a full time attorney in September of 2012.
