A: It is important to note that when you are injured in a Motor Vehicle Accident you have 30 days form the time of the accident to file a claim for no-fault benefits. No-fault benefits are paid from the car you were a passenger or driver in at the time of the accident. No-fault benefits cover medical treatment and lost wages, if it has been medically determined that you cannot work for any period.
