Randall Miller, Esq. joined the law offices of Mallilo & Grossman in 2005 as a trial associate.

Mr. Miller is an experienced and proven trial attorney specializing in all areas of personal injury and medical malpractice.

Prior to his association with Mallilo & Grossman Mr. Miller was a sole practitioner litigating cases on behalf of plaintiffs and various insurance carriers in the negligence field. Mr. Miller devotes extensive time to pro bono projects such as the Center for Women of New York (formerly known as the Queen's Women's Center) and serves as a Small Claims Arbitrator on different counties within the City of New York. As a volunteer for the Center for Women of New York, Mr. Miller advises and counseled women who could not afford an attorney as to their legal rights. Serving as an arbitrator for the past 11 years, Mr. Miller has presided over all types of civil litigation. Mr. Miller has also been appointed by the Court to sit as an arbitrator to resolve disputes between litigants.

Mr. Miller is a graduate of Northern Illinois School of Law.
