Matthew Porges is an attorney with five years of litigation experience.  Mr. Porges currently handles personal injury cases and general litigation cases (including, but not limited to, employment law, contract cases, improper debt collection) for Mallilo & Grossman, Esqs.  Mr. Porges has also handled cases in the areas of federal civil rights, defamation, employment law (especially discrimination), bankruptcy, commercial law, trusts and estates, and landlord-tenant.

Before joining Mallilo & Grossman, Esqs. in 2010, Mr. Porges worked for Leeds Morelli & Brown, P.C. in Long Island.  While there, he was co-counsel in a case where a jury in the Southern District of New York found for his client on the client's federal, state, and city claims of religious discrimination and retaliation.

Mr. Porges is admitted to practice in all New York state courts, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.  He is a member of the New York County Lawyers’ Association and the National Employment Lawyers’ Association, New York Chapter.
