Beth Girsch, Esq. has been an associate with the firm since 1997. In September 2005 she was named as the Managing Attorney of our Brooklyn office.

Ms. Girsch graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Business in 1987 from the State University of New York at Albany. Thereafter she earned her juris doctorate from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Touro Law Center where she graduated cum laude.

Prior to joining Mallilo & Grossman, Ms. Girsch worked at the Center for Battered Women's Legal Services where she represented women who were victims of domestic abuse. During law school Ms. Girsch interned at the Richmond County District attorney's office, the Kings County District attorney's office and for the law firm of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCoy. Additionally, Ms. Girsch interned for the Honorable Nicholas Coffinas, in the Supreme Court Kings County.

Ms. Girsch is a trial attorney with extensive experience in all types of personal injury matters, corporate matters, estate planning and real estate. She has successfully negotiated, arbitrated and mediated numerous settlements on personal injury cases and has successfully litigated numerous cases at trial.

Most recently Ms. Girsch litigated a case where the Court agreed with her argument and overturned the prior written notice law with respect to playground equipment thereby making it easier for people who are hurt on playground equipment to be successful in a lawsuit.
